New York, NY

A workspace collective with big social ambitions, NeueHouse is designed for today’s creative entrepreneurs. The shared workspaces occupy five floors of a former industrial building, where open and flexible layouts allow members to collaborate with their own teams or with other members.

This is a place that reminds members of an experience they might have in a fine hotel—a concierge service, a curated food cart and a bar that opens at night create a welcoming social atmosphere.

Rooms become conversation starters.

In spaces designed to accommodate screenings, lectures, and workshops, NeueHouse programs and hosts weekly cultural events.

Space near the library hosts intimate meetings and events.

With flexibility and spontaneity built into each floor, the design makes accidental encounters happen.

“We are an ecosystem.”
